3 2This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom home is the perfect place to make your base while exploring all that Hervey Bay has to offer. It is located just a short walk from the beach, the esplanade, cafe's and restaurants.
Imagine coming home from a day on the beach and relaxing on the deck with a complimentary wine and watching the sunset. Order in takeaway or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen complete with coffee machine. Wifi and Netflix also included. Great for families or groups.
They say the kitchen is the heart of the home and this one won't disappoint. Stone and marble benches plus a great butlers pantry and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal at home after a day at the beach, trip to Fraser Island or Whale watching.
Alternatively you can chill on the deck with a drink, order take away and just relax.
The home there are 3 good size bedrooms plus study nook and 2 stunning modern bathrooms.
The main bedroom with ensuite is beautifully furnished with a king bed.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds.
A single fold out bed is available upon request.
There is also ample room to park a trailer or boat down the side of the house.
Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. There is off street parking on the premises.
We don't live on the property but can be contacted either via Airbnb or by phone should you need us.
The Beach is a short walk from the property.
The marina, Urangan Pier only a 2min drive or 16 minute walk away.
The aquarium, waterfront restaurants, children’s parks and walking/bike paths along esplanade and shopping centre (Woolworths, butcher, post office, newsagents, chemist, bottle shop, discount outlet, ATM etc) are also near by.
You can enjoy local entertainment and fresh produce from the Urangan Pier Markets just a 16 min short walk along the road, held every Saturday and Wednesday.
The Koala markets are a 5 minute drive from the property and occur on the second, fourth and fifth (if applicable) Sundays of each month at Kruger Court Urangan. The Kondari Hotel is also only a short walk away
This area of Hervey Bay is just a 10 minute drive from the Hervey Bay airport and there are public transport options within easy walking distance of the house.

PETS: Sorry, not pets allowed at the property.
PARTIES: We have a no party policy at the property, however we understand that families and friends will be gathering to celebrate events, share food and have a few drinks together. Please just respect the home and the neighbours by keeping noise low and taking care of the property as if it was your own.
