✅ Air conditioning in the main living area and fans in the bedrooms.

✅ Family size fridge freezer with ice machine.
✅ Microwave, coffee machine, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery provided.

? Off street parking for your boat - there is room to park a boat in the driveway.

There is fenced courtyard with paving and pebbles suitable to contain a medium size dog.

Our property is a 3 minute car drive or 16 min walk to the beachfront and Hervey Bay esplanade. There are restaurants and cafe's along the esplanade and also on main street.
Stockland Shopping Centre is 1.6km down the road where you will find Coles, chemist, Kmart and other stores. Woolworths is also in close proximity to the property.
Boat ramps and the Ferry to Fraser Island are a short drive away.

Hervey Bay has a bus service. The nearest bus stop is 300m from the property on Boat Harbour Drive.

Security Deposit - A $500 security deposit is required 24 hours prior to your stay and will be returned after check out providing there is no damage to the property.

Pets - We welcome well behaved pets to our property so we will ask you a bit about your pet when you book to see if it's going to be a good fit or not. We also charge an additional fee of $20 per night of your stay, capped at $100.
HOUSE RULES: We are Superhosts, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible and create beautiful memories. For us to do so, we appreciate if you can follow the house rules.
SMOKING: No smoking is allowed in or on the premises.
PETS: Please keep your pets off the lounge and out of the beds.
PARTIES: We have a no party policy at the property, however we understand that families and friends will be gathering to celebrate events, share food and have a few drinks together. Please just respect the home and the neighbours by keeping noise low and taking care of the property as if it was your own.
