Keep your boat safe in the fully fenced large yard and the car under cover in the carport.
You will find the second bathroom, laundry and extra fridge in the "Man Cave" with a comfortable lounge and TV to watch all the cricket or footy you like.
You are 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the 3 boat ramps and to shops at Burrum Heads.
If you like to dine out the Burrum Heads Bowls Club & Burrum Heads Hotel courtesy buses pick up/drop off at the door!
