Originally built in 1968 as the ticket office for the “Black Duck” ferry to K’gari, this home has been thoughtfully reimagined to retain its heritage character while introducing a relaxed coastal feel. Soft tones and preserved details create a warm, welcoming ambience, with natural light enhancing the home’s easy connection to its leafy surroundings.
A welcoming living area invites you to settle in with comfortable seating and a smart TV, while gentle cross-breezes and split-system air conditioning in the main zones keep things comfortable year-round.
