Boneanza PET FRIENDLY Holiday House

Pet Friendly. There is plenty of storage for boats/jetskis/canoes and undercover parking, please no caravans. It has a beautiful big back deck overlooking the spacious yard. Linen and bath towels are provided, small dogs are allowed inside - please bring pets own bedding. The back yard has now been extended with new 6 ft colorbond fencing and gates so there is now even more room for the pups to play around in.

This lovely 3 bedroom, air conditioned home is situated 500 metres from one of Hervey Bay's best dog friendly beaches. Short stroll to the Marina.

The light and airy lounge room is well equipped with a large Smart TV (Netflix and You Tube with guest's own internet), DVD player,sound system with ipod holder and a large selection of movies (including childrens). There is also a good variety of board games for all the family's enjoyment.

There is also a portacot for hire for a small fee.

A Real Home Away From Home

The house has been equipped with all modern furniture, electrical appliances, Smart T.V., DVD, .and Wii in the living room, TV and DVD Player in the Master Bedroom. There are brand new reverse cycle air conditioners in both the lounge/dining and the master bedroom.

There are 2 queen size beds, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. All linen is supplied unless otherwise requested.

Each bedroom has ceiling fans, security screens and blinds on the windows. Both Queen bedrooms have large size built ins.

In the laundry we have a top loader washing machine and 5kg clothes dryer, there is also a full sized ironing board and iron.

A starter pack consisting of sugar, coffee, tea, washing powder and laundry powder are provided on arrival.

Boneanza is situated in the quiet area of Urangan and not too far away from the Hervey Bay Marina.

Plan a day trip to beautiful Fraser Island. Fraser Island was recently voted No. 2 best Queensland destination & Hervey Bay Whale Watching was voted No. 5 best Queensland destination

Whale watching cruises start in July and run through until November each year.

Try your hand at putt putt, go-carting, water skiing, kite boarding, parasailing, all within a few minutes drive. The water park is only 5 minutes drive, free for the kids and relaxing for the adults.

1-2 guests = 1 bedroom
3-4 guests = 2 bedrooms
5-6 guests = 3 bedrooms

If requiring extra bedrooms when only 1-4 guests are booked additional charges will apply. If additional bedding has been utilised then cleaning and linen fees will be charged.
