At High Tide you have the option of renting just the downstairs unit sleeping four guests in two bedrooms (1Q,2S) with full facilities or if you need more space you can opt for the whole house.

The Downstairs of this home is private as upstairs is empty when guests are here.
The Beach and Traviston Park playground is only 2 minutes walk away. The unit contains 2 bedrooms (1Q, 2S) with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The singles room has a TV and DVD player for the kids. Front of the unit has a large well equipped kitchen with microwave oven, fan forced wall oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and ceiling fan. Enjoy dining at the large 8 seater table with room for everyone, then retire to the comfortable lounge with ceiling fan for a night of TV or DVDs with the new LED TV and DVD player. If you enjoy a BBQ and outdoor dining there is the undercover BBQ area with bistro blinds and an 8 seater setting for lunch or dinner where you can watch the Kangaroos that live on the reserve behind the home.

The bathroom is large with bathtub, shower, double vanity, bidet and hand shower near the toilet.
Lots of hand grips for mature guestsaround the bath and shower. This home has a fully fenced large yard with large shed 9m x 4mwith 3.3 high electric roller door to keep your boat and tackle safe. No need to unload after each fishing trip. The shed also includes a bait freezer .There is an outside double fish cleaning sink for the catch. Outside shower to wash off after a swim and changing screen. There is secure off street parking in the yard. This unit has just been fully repainted with new floor coverings.

Notes: Sorry - No Pets. No Smoking inside. Sheets and towels are not supplied. Hire linen available at extra cost.
