This property backs directly onto a beach reserve so you can walk straight out onto a secluded beach. Enjoy an evening scenic walk while taking in a sunset at one of the few places on the east coast where you can see the sunset over the water. Wet a line and catch some dinner, the water is safe, shallow, great for fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking. You are also only minutes away from beautiful Gatakers Bay and the boat ramp.

Outside there is another large covered outdoor area with a table tennis table and sufficient undercover parking for two large cars. The outdoor area is gated with an electric gate.
