Coco Palms invites you to come and relax while overlooking a tropical oasis. You could choose to spend a day on a pool lilo soaking up the warm weather or you could take a day trip to Fraser Island and see the stunning Lake Makenzie or go snorkeling along the Fraser Island Coast. Coco Palms has a number of nearby attractions including Wetside Water Park, Shopping malls and ocean front cafes and restaurants.

A Weber Baby Q BBQ is available for guest use, there is an additional cleaning charge of $30 if the BBQ is not cleaned after use.

Downstairs: 3 Bedrooms (2 double, 1 single), open plan living, dining and kitchen. Laundry, bathroom (separate shower and bath), separate toilet.

Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, 1 with ensuite. 2nd living area.

There is a firepit available for use, there is an additional charge to cover the cost of wood. The firepit cannot be used unless the terms and conditions have been agreed to. Please advise ahead of time if you would like to use the firepit so we can ensure there is firewood available. Subject to availability of firewood and fire ban restrictions.

All brand new furniture. Self contained kitchen with cookware, serve wear, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge freezer.

There are 4 security cameras in total.
A door bell camera, a camera on each side of the house and one camera facing the drive entrance. None of the cameras have visibility to the pool, entertaining areas or inside the house.

The whole property is available for private guest use.

Children are to be supervised at all times, there is a pond at the bottom of the property that is not fenced off, a fenced outdoor pool and stairs in the inside of the property.
