The combined lounge & dining area has large flat screen TV and DVD player. Large bath for the kids after a fun day at the beach.

Downstairs you will find a second bathroom and toilet, outdoor shower, large gas BBQ and if you like your fishing, you will love the fish cleaning bench and the extra bait freezer and fridge . Park your boat in the fully fenced back yard just 50m from the boat ramp.
