All bedrooms are air conditioned and the main bedroom has an ensuite.
The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen all have fantastic views of the beach. Cooking in the modern well equipped kitchen will be a pleasure and the dishwasher will do the dishes for you while you watch your favourite DVD or TV program on the large flat screen TV.
If you like dining and cooking outside you will find a gas BBQ in the under cover entertaiment area over looking the beach with a six seater dining setting.
Bring the boat and secure it in the double lock up garage where you will find a spare fridge freezer for all the bait. Do not forget the family pet. The large fenced yard facing the beach will be a home away from home for them.
The home is fully screened and has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas.
