Suited for the family, with large living area with brand new lounge, with TV and Foxtel/Netflix, dining area and separate rumpus room for the kids with 2 of the 4 single beds, second large flat screen TV, DVD player and the second bathroom. Free WIFI is also available.

The undercover entertainment area at the back with new gas BBQ is great for cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner and the front deck is perfect for a sunset drink.

All windows and doors are screened and all bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans.

The backyard is fully fenced perfect for the family pet.

You are only a short stroll to the beach without the waterfront prices.

Secure the car or boat in the single lock up garage and store the extra drinks, food or bait in the spare fridge freezer.
