High Tide between the beach and the bush.

High Tide Whole House is a spacious two storey home that sleeps 8 guests. The Beach and Traviston Park
playground is only 2 minutes walk away. Both levels are self - contained with both external and
internal stairs. Great to holiday with family or friends and have independent space. The house has
been recently refurbished and repainted. The yard is fully fenced and has a great outdoor BBQ area
out back to watch the Kangaroos. The shed for your boat is 9m long x 4m wide with 3.3m high with
electric roller door and freezer inside.

The upstairs consists of a Master suite with walk in robe and ensuite, air conditioning, ceiling fan,
TV, King Bed and sitting area. The other area has a fully functioning kitchen with new
fridge/freezer; microwave inverter oven. The dining table seats 6 with alounge bench and 2
recliners. New LED TV and DVD player for your entertainment .There is also a Murphy Queen Bed
(wall) that can be folded up when not needed. The ensuite is the only bathroom on this floor. This
room has 2 ceiling fans with great views of the bushland behind the house.

The veranda has 2 sides, the south side is enclosed with a day bed ideal for an after lunch nap with a
comfy 4 seater cane lounge for curling up with abook. The east side has water
glimpses with a 6 place outdoor setting - perfect foryour morning coffee or breakfast. The internal
staircase has a lockable door at the bottom.

Downstairs has 2 bedrooms (1Q &2S) both air-conditioned and ceiling fans. TV and DVD player in the
singles bedroom. Kitchen is large and well equipped with inverter microwave oven, fan forced wall
oven and grill, ceiling fan, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.Caffitaly Coffee Machine (Woolworths for the Pods). Dining is a family affair with the large 8 seater table off the kitchen. The lounge has a new LED TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. A large bathroom has bathtub, shower and double vanity with a bidet shower near the toilet. The
laundry has a front loader washing machine and ramp out to the hills hoist.
