You’ll love the townhouse on the Esplanade with 2 mins from the historic Urangan Pier. Enjoy fishing off the Pier or ride along the bike path running the length of the Esplanade opposite the beaches. The coastline has a wonderful walking and bike track all the way along the foreshore which is over 18 km long.

Fully self-contained with lovely floor to ceiling windows the townhouse offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with another separate fully self contained apartment downstairs catering to 8 guests if required. We close the Apartment off if only 4-6 guests. We have a very comfortable KING size in Master with an en-suite and walk-in robe and stunning ocean views. We also offer 1 Double in the 2nd bedroom and twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. The 2nd and third bedrooms have their shared main bathroom with separate shower and bath and 2 separate powder rooms with vanity and loos.

OCEANFRONT LUXURY TOWNHOUSE has everything you would need with a fully equipped kitchen with stylish stone bench top and central island bench …well stocked with plates, glasses, serving bowls, cutlery, stainless saucepans, utensils and stainless appliances, fridge, microwave, hotplates, SMEG toaster & kettle and POD coffee maker …we can buy the appropriate ‘pods’ to suit your tastes as there are many varieties. There is a large Flat screen TV and DVD player and sound system in the lounge and TVs in the bedrooms. To enjoy the sunny decks overlooking the ocean we also provide a WEBBER BBQ and comfortable dining table and chairs and 2 Acapulco lounge chairs. We have reverse cycle air conditioning and heating along with ceiling fans.
We have beach bags, beach towels & boogie boards. We offer laundry facilities with washing machine and Dryer along with iron and ironing board, towels and amenities included, security garage and parking with lock up area.

Baby cot, linen and Highchair available if requested.

Please Note: We have security cameras outside the property pointing to the driveway and inside the car garage. This is for the protection of guests and their vehicles. There are no cameras inside the property. The cameras are only monitored by a security company if a problem is reported.

We also reserve the right to rent the self contained apartment next door at the same time but it is a totally separate dwelling with separate entrance and parking. No interaction with others at all.
