This lovely 4 bedroom, sleeps 8 (3Q,2S), 2 bathroom, low-set beach front home has everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Main bedroom with ensuite ( bath and shower) and large flat screen TV. There are 2 lounges.

Main lounge with Smart TV, WIFI, the second lounge has TV, DVD. Please note that Austar has been removed.

The kitchen is well appointed with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and cook-top. From the kitchen step outside to enjoy the views and the large entertaining area with Gas BBQ, Pool table and direct excess to beach.

The home has ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas also it is fully security screened .

There is 3 lock up garages available and there is plenty of parking space in the driveway.

Outside pet-friendly (fully fenced back yard) on request. This is a non smoking property. Maximum 2 dogs as per council regulations.
