Nestled in the sleepy fishing village of Burrum Heads, WildTide welcomes you with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday stay. This comfortably furnished home is located just a 2-minute stroll to the beach. Perfect for romantic early evening walks or cricket on the beach with the kiddies.

WildTide has been thoughtfully furnished with all the modern appliances for your enjoyment including free wireless Wi-Fi, smart TV plus free movies on Telstra TV. There is a Webber BBQ and basketball hoop.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a luxurious ensuite complete with a two-person spa bath for guests to enjoy.

The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and ample mirrored wardrobe space. The bedroom overlooks a serene tropical fernery, making this the perfect quiet spot to lose yourself in that book you have been wanting to read.

Bedroom three is roomy with 2 double beds, perfect for undisturbed slumber or where the kiddies can spread out.

All bed linen and ample towels are included for your comfort.

WildTide comfortably caters to 1 or 2 families.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room is a great space to entertain with family & friends. WildTide offers you two alfresco dining areas, both with seating for 6 and one with a fully equipped 3 Burner Webber BBQ. Your reef n' beef can be cooked to perfection as you while away the afternoon enjoying a glass of bubbly or a beer. The property is fully fenced at the front and rear allowing safe havens for your children to play.

Pets are welcome at WildTide with consideration for small dogs under 6kg welcome to be inside.

For the boaties, Burrum Heads Boat ramp is just 2 minutes away. Ample free parking is available for your trailer at the ramp while you are out on the water catching some Flathead, Bream, or a Barra. Back at WildTide there is parking in the driveway for 2 vehicles or there is free on-street parking for your boat trailer in the front of the property.

There is seating for all on the large, comfy lounge suite or snuggle up on the therapy pod, great for kiddies (or adults). A DVD player and Telstra TV are available. Cook up a special feast in the open kitchen or if you choose, head outside and prepare yourself an Aussie BBQ. In the evening take the kiddies or fur babies for a stroll along the beach.

BEDROOMS
There are three large bedrooms each with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. All bed linen, towels, and bath mats are supplied for your comfort.

• Bedroom 1 - King bed with built-in wardrobes, ensuite with 2 person spa bath, and TV
• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with built-in wardrobes.
• Bedroom 3 – 2 Double beds with built-in wardrobes and TV

There is an array of toys, books, colouring-in books and pencils, and board games to keep the littlies occupied.

FOR THE POOCHES
Thinking of everyone, the owners have supplied an array of toys, leads, doggy towels, and bowls to make life fun for your pooches.

The rear yard has a large undercover area for cars to park or where children can play. A full-size basketball hoop and balls are available for outdoor fun.

PARKING & BOAT TRAILERS
The driveway down the side of the property is 2.6m wide and we advise it is not wide enough for a boat trailer to navigate. The street is very wide and there is ample room to park cars or boats on trailers at the front of the property.
