The remote West Coast of K'gari (Fraser Island) is our ultimate destination....a place where few people have been. We also see Round Island, Big Woody Island and the stunning Pelican Bank on our way out to K'gari.

From the moment we stepped on board to the moment we stepped off- we loved every minute. The crew are very welcoming and accomodating, this experience was so much more then just a trip to Fraser! From snorkelling to tubing and kayaking to supplying beach toys for the little children and ensuring the adults weren’t without a drink of their choice whilst kicking back on the gorgeous white sands of the island. We can’t fault this cruise and consider it well worth what you pay for! The bbq lunch was ample enough to curb the hunger after a couple of hours on the beach and we are very thankful for this experience. Family friendly boat and clean amenities- We will be back! What a fantastic way to spend our day.

Affordable adventure super organised by the friendliest crew ever! Boarding is quick and easy and the welcome super breezy without all the rules and regulations that usually takes up so much chillaxing time! In a blink of an eye you are on K'Gari Island, whisked onto smaller boat and on the beach. For the more adventurous, you can jump off the top deck and swim! The crew set up activities including kayaks, beach cricket, fishing rods, snorkelling and Captain will tow you behind his boat on an inflatable chair at superspeed! Umbrellas and chairs are set up and crew take your drinks orders from the beach. Absolute bliss. Thank you.

Thoroughly worth doing this Fraser Island Cruise if you are in Hervey Bay. Morning tea/fresh fruit and lunch was fresh and great.... Cruise takes you across the bay to a secluded area of the island to enjoy all activities..beach volleyball, sand castles, kayaking, spot of fishing and ride of the inflatable lounge....it was great.

A wonderful day out with friendly staff Melanie BJ Coblay andLloyd. Fraser Island was pristine and included snorkelling, kayaks and tube rides. Plenty of whales on the water too. Lunch was great and I recommend this tour to anyone wanting a full day

It was great! Definitely something to do when it is not whale watching season! Great crew, awesome beach activities, amazing food... and just a long enough morning boat trip! Will definitely do it again! Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous day with the Whalesong crew on the half day cruise to Fraser Island for beach activities and a BBQ lunch. Lots of fun water activities in a family-friendly environment. We were well looked after by Rosemary, Strahan and the Captain! Highlights included jumping off the boat and swimming to shore, kayaking, beach cricket, fishing, swimming in pristine water, riding the couch cruiser and enjoying a few beachside beverages! The BBQ lunch and salads were generous servings and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and highly recommend this tour. We will definitely book with Whalesong Cruises again.

We were initially going to book a trip to spend some time on the western shore of K’gari with another company, but they were already full. Lucky that the manager at our accommodation thought of Whalesong Cruises and called to ask! (Whalesong Cruises brochures for Fraser Island activities are needed at Harbour Boat Apartment!) The trip was exactly what we wanted - kayaking, riding a tube, swimming, fishing, beach cricket and having nice cold beverage, and yummy BBQ lunch on the boat. The best part according to our kids were to have a choice to jump off the boat and swim to shore. We felt very safe with experienced tour guides. My husband and I loved the tubing!! We all had a great time.
